Our service includes the complete creation, maintenance and optimization of websites – from simple one-pagers to large online stores or individual web platforms.
- What types of websites do you offer?
We offer various web design subscriptions for: OnePager, Small websites with subpages, Small e-commerce stores, Large online stores, Individual web platforms (e.g. web apps)
- How long does it take until my website is online?
It depends on the complexity. A one-pager can be ready in a few days, while a larger online store can take several weeks. An extensive web app can even take months.
- Can I have my existing website revised by you?
Yes, we also offer free website relaunches and optimizations as part of the subscription, where we migrate your old website to our servers or rebuild it from scratch.
- Do you also offer individual designs or just templates?
Each web design is individually adapted to your brand – we do not work with generic templates. The higher packages also include detailed changes to the source code (custom CSS/ JavaScript/ HTML/ PHP code) in order to achieve the desired subtleties in the design.
- Is my website mobile-friendly?
Yes, every website is created responsively so that it works perfectly on smartphones, tablets and desktops.
- Is my website optimized for search engines (SEO)?

No, all costs are included in the booked subscription. Additional services such as marketing add-ons are only charged if you explicitly book them.
- Can I cancel my web design subscription on a monthly basis?
Yes, our subscriptions are flexible. You can cancel monthly or switch to another subscription package.
- What happens if I cancel my web design subscription?
Upon termination, you have the option of taking over the website we have created for a transfer fee of three monthly installments. Please note, however, that you will then be responsible for migration, maintenance, hosting and updates. You will then have to purchase any plugin and theme licenses yourself. Alternatively, if you are ever in a budget crunch, we offer affordable temporary solutions to keep your website online on our servers. However, we would not make any changes or updates to the website during this period.
- Are subsequent extensions or changes included in the price?
Basically yes, the range of options differs depending on the package booked. Each package includes plugin updates, maintenance and a certain number of monthly working hours for desired changes. Any additional work will be charged at our standard rate, in which case we will provide you with an appropriate quote. We do not charge any additional costs without your explicit consent.
- How are licenses billed?
We have agency licenses for some standard plugins, which means we can usually use them for your website at no extra cost. If plugin licenses are necessary for certain functions you require, we will purchase these and pass the costs on to you on a one-to-one basis.
- What does a server upgrade cost?
The standard servers we offer are sufficient for most customers. In certain cases, however, more performance is required, e.g. with a lot of traffic, complex store systems, a high number of pages or a lot of work in the WordPress/WooCommerce backend. A server upgrade is possible at any time without any problems and at a reasonable price.
- Do you also offer SEO for my website?
Yes! On Page SEO, i.e. optimization for specific keywords, SEO friendly texts & technical SEO is included in all packages. Further SEO measures such as link building & regular analyses can be booked as marketing add-ons at any time.
- Can you link my website to social media?
Yes, we can seamlessly connect your website to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest or other platforms and also embed your social feed into the website.
- Do you also create content for my website?
Yes! We can write content for your website free of charge on request. If you can provide us with media such as images & videos, we will be happy to use them. Alternatively, we also offer a day of shooting at your location as an extra service, as well as graphic design & content creation subscriptions for blog articles, product texts, social media content and more.
- Can you support my website with online advertising (e.g. Google Ads)?
Yes, we also offer performance marketing services to push your website with targeted advertising.
- Is there support after the completion of my website?
Yes, support is included in our subscriptions. We will help you with technical questions or problems.
- What happens if there is a technical problem?
As part of our subscription, we take care of bug fixes and updates.
