For the online retailer CosplayHero , which specializes in cosplay, we are currently taking over the comprehensive digital support – from the website to the social media channels to technical extensions such as configurators. The aim is not only to optimize the platform visually and functionally, but also to take the entire shopping experience to a new level.

Web Design & Relaunch

At the start of the project, we developed a modern, user-friendly website that is both visually and technically tailored to the needs of the target group. Special attention was paid to a clear structure, mobile-optimized presentations, SEO-friendliness and a strong connection to the cosplay community.

Social Media Management & Content Creation

We manage and maintain CosplayHero’s social media channels and regularly develop creative and target group-oriented content. This results in posts about new products, behind-the-scenes insights, cosplay tips, community posts and more. Our focus is on building reach, brand loyalty and interaction with the scene.

Online shop optimisation

In addition to the visual relaunch, the online shop has also been technically and functionally optimised. These include performance improvements, simplified product structure, optimized loading times and clear user guidance – all with the aim of increasing conversion and making the shopping experience more intuitive.

A special highlight of our work is the integration of individual product configurators, which enable customers to put together products according to their own ideas. Among them, for example, a specially developed one:

• Wig configurator – which allows customers to customize the length, color, style, and other features.

Further configurators are being planned or are already in operation to make the range interactive and tangible.
