Bei Kündigung kannst du den von uns erstellten Shop gegen eine Ablösegebühr von drei Monatsraten übernehmen. Bitte beachte: Danach bist du für Migration, Hosting, Wartung und Updates selbst verantwortlich. Eventuelle Plugin- & Theme-Lizenzen musst du eigenständig erwerben. Wenn es bei dir einmal eng wird, können wir außerdem temporäre, günstige Übergangslösungen anbieten, damit dein Shop online bleibt – in dieser Phase würden wir jedoch keine Änderungen & Updates durchführen.

How are licenses billed?
Für einige Standard-Plugins haben wir Agenturlizenzen, die wir häufig ohne Zusatzkosten nutzen können. Falls für gewünschte Shop-Funktionen zusätzliche Lizenzen nötig sind, beschaffen wir diese und reichen die Kosten 1:1 weiter.

Für viele Shops reichen die Standardserver aus. Mehr Leistung ist sinnvoll, wenn du viel Traffic hast, viele Produkte/Varianten verwaltest oder dein Backend stark genutzt wird. Ein Server-Upgrade ist bei uns jederzeit unkompliziert und zu marktüblichen Preisen möglich.
