LIVE BRAND EXPERIENCE · GAMESCOM & CONVENTIONS
Fan journey instead of trade show booth. Gamescom and convention activations that connect brand worlds, characters, creators, cosplay, content, and measurable goals into a seamless experience.
The challenge
When story, personnel, tasks, content, and data collection are planned separately, the impact on individual trade show days remains limited.
Our solution
Nakaryu translates campaign goals and IP into an experience from pre-event and booth story to follow-up and reporting.
From briefing
to live
experience
One process, one responsibility model, and clear handovers.
01 · Goals & IP
Sharpen target groups, brand world, conversion, timing, and framework conditions.
02 · Experience Design
Develop booth story, touchpoints, quests, creator moments, and content mechanics.
03 · Production & Rehearsal
Prepare casting, costumes, assets, briefings, schedules, technology, and backups.
04 · Onsite & Evaluation

One plan instead of
Individual solutions
Pre-event, onsite, content desk, and post-event interlock.
Fans don’t remember booth space. They remember experiences.
We connect lore, people, tasks, content, and conversion into an activation that feels like part of the brand world.
What the activation can achieve
Modularly plannable, yet dramaturgically seamless.
Brand world & Characters
IP-faithful translation of lore, characters, and product messages into live moments.
Gamification & Rewards
Quests, challenges, stamp, code, or QR mechanics with achievable rewards.
Creators, Moderation & UGC
Talents, hosts, stage moments, and shareable fan content for onsite and social.
Event Content & Follow-up
Shotlist, reels, statements, aftermovie, retargeting, and traceable reporting.
Pre-event. Onsite. Post-event.
The activation doesn’t start at the entrance nor end with hall closing. Teasers and community warm-up lead into a clear onsite journey. Content desk, follow-up, and evaluation extend the impact.

FAQ on Activation
How early should we start?
For an extensive Gamescom activation, several months of lead time are advisable. Smaller modules can be planned more compactly depending on availability.
Can you handle individual modules?
Yes. Concept sprint, casting, cosplay, creator program, content desk, or tracking can be commissioned individually.
Do you work IP-compliantly?
Yes. Lore, character rules, approval processes, and brand requirements are documented early.
Do you handle casting and costumes?
Yes. Depending on the project, we coordinate selection, fittings, props, briefings, rehearsals, and on-site support.
How is success measurable?
We define signals such as leads, QR scans, codes, wishlists, content distribution, or qualitative fan reactions.
Do you produce trade show content?
Yes. A content desk can produce photos, reels, statements, and quick social cuts following agreed approval paths.
Also outside of Gamescom?
Yes. The model also works for comic cons, anime and gaming conventions, roadshows, and community events.
What do you need for the initial consultation?
Helpful are game or brand decks, goals, dates, booth plans, target groups, desired modules, and a rough budget framework.
