Whether a short content shoot or an extensive shooting day: Our packages give you a clear framework for professional photo and film productions. Depending on scope, number of motifs, and desired output, simply choose the right package – from compact shoots to full-day productions including editing.
Travel expenses are charged separately as they vary depending on the location. For travel and mobility, we charge 0.50 € per kilometer. This keeps the calculation transparent and fair, especially for off-site appointments, event locations, or productions outside our direct area.

You get a professionally organized film production shooting day: We plan the schedule and shot list, provide the right setup, and shoot efficiently for output. You choose your hourly package, we implement flexibly – plannable, scalable, and without production chaos.
Who is Nakaryu suitable for?
For startups, SMEs, agencies, and companies that regularly need video content but don’t want to build their own crew – and want to plan, execute shoots efficiently and with consistent quality.
How quickly can I start?
Usually within a few days after order confirmation and a brief briefing – so the shooting day can take place promptly.
What costs will I incur?
You only pay your booked monthly price. No hidden fees. External costs (e.g., locations, props, licenses) are transparently agreed with you in advance.
Additional costs
We clarify tools or licenses together and pass them on 1:1. External costs such as locations or additional equipment are agreed upon in advance and transparently itemized.
How are additional or overtime hours billed?
After exhausting the quota, you book additional hours – at a fixed rate of 95 € /h.
Is there a minimum term and notice period?
No, the package can be canceled monthly at any time.
What services are included?
Depending on needs: planning, storyline, shot list, shoot organization, video and photo content, design, distribution, and more – an interdisciplinary team that thinks production and content together.
How quickly are tasks implemented?
Often within a few days. We coordinate the exact shooting date and priorities with you; in urgent cases, we usually find a solution at short notice.
Are websites or shops included?
Web design is not automatically included in the shooting day setup but can be booked as an add-on. For websites with ongoing costs (hosting, maintenance, licenses), we offer a separate web design flat rate that you can add if needed.
How flexible is the collaboration?
You book monthly plannable hour packages. Unused hours can be carried over for one month. The subscription can be canceled monthly at any time.
How does communication work?
You have a fixed contact person and can reach us by email, chat, phone, or video call. We work like your internal team – fast, pragmatic, and solution-oriented. For shoots, we also come to your location by arrangement.
How is support handled during the collaboration?
With clear processes, short check-ins, and transparent status updates, we ensure that planning and execution around the shooting day run smoothly and you always have an overview.
Can I add or change services at any time?
Yes. Within your hourly quota, you can freely prioritize services. If you need more, you can book additional hours or switch to a larger package.
How are hours documented?
We record all hours in an online tool. Upon request, you will receive monthly summaries so you can track how your quota was used.
