How long does it take for my website to go live?
It depends on the complexity. A one-pager can be completed in a few days, while a larger online shop may take several weeks. A comprehensive web app can even take months.
Can I have my existing website revised by you?
Yes, as part of the subscription, we also offer free website relaunches and optimizations, migrating your old website to our servers or rebuilding it from scratch.
Do you offer custom designs or only templates?
Every web design is individually tailored to your brand –; we do not work with generic templates. In the higher packages, detailed changes in the source code (custom CSS/JavaScript/HTML/PHP code) are also included to achieve the desired design refinements.
Is my website mobile-friendly?
Yes, every website is created responsively so that it works perfectly on smartphones, tablets, and desktops.
Will my website be optimized for search engines (SEO)?

We work with monthly subscriptions so you don’t have high one-time costs. Our prices are transparent and scalable.
Are there any hidden costs?
No, all costs are included in the booked subscription. Additional services like marketing add-ons are only charged if you explicitly book them.
Can I cancel my web design subscription monthly?
Yes, our subscriptions are flexible. You can cancel monthly or switch to another subscription package.
What happens if I cancel my web design subscription?
Upon cancellation, you have the option to take over the website we created for you for a buyout fee equivalent to three monthly installments. Please note, however: You will then be responsible for migration, maintenance, hosting, and updates yourself. Any plugin & theme licenses must then be repurchased independently. Alternatively, if you ever face a budget shortfall, we offer affordable temporary solutions to keep your website online on our servers. However, during this period, we would not make any changes & updates to the website.
Are later expansions or changes included in the price?
Basically yes, the range of options varies depending on the package booked. We do not charge any additional costs without your explicit consent.
How are licenses billed?
For some standard plugins, we have agency licenses, which usually allows us to use them on your website at no additional cost. If plugin licenses are required for specific features you want, we will purchase them and pass the costs on to you 1 to 1.
What does a server upgrade cost?
For most customers, the standard servers we offer are sufficient. However, in certain cases, more performance is required, e.g. with very high traffic, complex shop systems, a large number of pages, or heavy work in the WordPress/WooCommerce backend. A server upgrade is always possible with us easily and cost-effectively at market-standard prices.
Do you also offer SEO for my website?
Yes! On-page SEO, meaning optimizations for specific keywords, SEO-friendly texts & technical SEO are included in all packages. Additional SEO measures such as link building & regular analyses can be booked anytime as a marketing add-on.
Can you link my website with social media?
Yes, we can seamlessly connect your website with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, or other platforms and also embed your social feed into the website.
Do you also create content for my website?
Yes! Upon request, we write content for your website free of charge. If you can provide us with media such as images & videos, we are happy to use them. Alternatively, we also offer an on-site shooting day as an extra service, as well as graphic design & content creation subscriptions for blog articles, product texts, social media content, and more.
Can you support my website with online advertising (e.g. Google Ads)?
