Yes, our subscriptions are flexible. You can cancel monthly or switch to another package if requirements (e.g., BFSG) change.
What happens if I cancel my website subscription?
Upon cancellation, you can take over the website we created for a buyout fee of three monthly installments. Please note: After that, migration, maintenance, hosting, and updates are your responsibility. Any plugin & theme licenses must be repurchased independently. Alternatively, we offer affordable transitional solutions for short-term budget bottlenecks so your website remains online on our servers. However, during this time, we do not perform changes & updates on the website.
Are later extensions or changes included in the price?
Basically yes – the scope depends on the package. We implement adjustments transparently and do not charge extra without your explicit approval.
How are licenses billed?
For some standard plugins, we have agency licenses, so we can often use them without additional costs. If additional licenses are required for certain functions, we pass the costs on 1:1.
What does a server upgrade cost?
For most projects, standard servers are sufficient. With very high traffic, complex shop processes, or particularly many pages, additional performance may be advisable. A server upgrade is possible at any time under market conditions.
Do you also offer SEO for my website?
Yes. On-page SEO (structure, texts, meta data) is included in all packages – and complements accessible implementation perfectly. Further SEO measures can be booked as an add-on.
