Nakaryu delivers a complete creative team as a flat rate: UGC videos, ad creatives, voice-over videos, editing, and variants for creative testing. You choose your hourly package, we deliver flexibly – plannable, scalable, and efficient.
Who is Nakaryu suitable for?
For startups, SMEs, and brands that regularly need UGC videos and performance creatives without building their own creator and editing capacities.
How quickly can I start?
Usually within a few days after order confirmation and an initial creative briefing – so you can start testing quickly.
What costs will I incur?
You only pay your booked monthly price. No hidden fees. External costs (e.g. creator fees, advertising budgets, tools, licenses) are transparently agreed with you in advance.
Additional Costs
We procure tools or licenses in consultation and pass them on 1:1. Advertising budgets for campaigns run transparently through your own accounts.
How are additional or overtime hours billed?
After exhausting the quota, you book additional hours – at a fixed rate of 95 € /h.
Is there a minimum term and notice period?
No, the package can be canceled monthly at any time.
Which services are included?
UGC videos, ad creatives, voice-over videos, scripts, editing, variants, design assets, testing structures, and much more – an interdisciplinary team without additional coordination effort.
How quickly are tasks implemented?
Usually within a few days. Depending on priority, we coordinate schedules with you; urgent creative iterations can be implemented at short notice by arrangement.
Are websites or shops included?
Web design is not included in the UGC flat rate but can be booked as an add-on. Since websites incur ongoing costs (hosting, maintenance, licenses), we offer a separate web design flat rate for this. You can even book this directly as an add-on at the top of the configurator.
How flexible is the collaboration?
You book monthly plannable hour packages. Unused hours can be carried over for one month. The subscription can be canceled monthly at any time.
How does communication work?
You have a dedicated contact person and can reach us by email, chat, phone, or video call. We work like your internal creative team – quickly, efficiently, and closely aligned with feedback. We are also happy to come to you on-site at your expense.
How does the support work during the collaboration?
Regular alignments, clear deliverables, and structured learnings from creative tests ensure that you always keep track and we can iterate faster.
Can I add or change services at any time?
Yes. Within your hourly quota, you choose services freely. If additional needs arise, you book extra hours or switch to a larger package.
How are hours documented?
We record all hours in an online tool. Upon request, you will receive monthly summaries so you can see exactly how your quota was used.
