How does Nakaryu work?
Nakaryu supports you with digitalization & digital transformation as a monthly flat rate: You choose your hours package, we take care of analysis, planning, and implementation flexibly – plannable, scalable, and efficient.
Who is Nakaryu suitable for?
For teams and companies looking to digitize processes, connect tools effectively, and implement transformation – without having to permanently build a large internal project team.
Do we have to completely replace our existing software?
No. Changing systems is not automatically the best solution. We first examine which existing tools can be sensibly reused and where interfaces, automations, or improved processes are sufficient. Only if the existing architecture is unnecessarily complicated or unmaintainable in the long term can a change be sensible.
How quickly can I get started?
Usually within a few days after order confirmation and an initial kickoff – so you can start immediately with quick wins.
What costs can I expect?
You only pay your booked monthly rate. No hidden fees. External costs (e.g., tools, licenses, software accounts) are transparently agreed with you in advance.
Additional costs
We procure licenses or tools in consultation and pass them on 1:1. If you already use accounts, we work directly within your existing tool landscape.
How are additional or overtime hours billed?
After exhausting the quota, you book additional hours – at a fixed rate of 95 € /h.
Is there a minimum term and notice period?
No, the package can be canceled monthly at any time.
What services are included?
Process analysis, digitalization consulting, tool selection, setups, integrations, automations, AI workflows, documentation, enablement, and project management – an interdisciplinary team without additional coordination effort.
Can AI workflows also be part of digitalization?
Yes. AI can be used, for example, in document processing, knowledge management, data preparation, customer inquiries, content processes, or internal workflows. We first examine the specific use case and do not simply implement AI because it is currently available.
How quickly are tasks implemented?
Usually within a few days. Depending on priority, we coordinate schedules with you; critical issues can be implemented at short notice by arrangement.
Does the consulting take into account modern AI agents, automation tools, and interfaces?
Yes, this is one of our core areas. We examine where generative models, structured API connections (e.g., via Webhooks/Make), or modular plugins can reliably take over manual routine tasks. The principle always applies: technology is not an end in itself – we only integrate interfaces and add-ons that improve your system stability and run flawlessly in the background.
Are websites or shops included as well?
Web design is not included in the digitalization flat rate but can be booked as an add-on. Since websites incur ongoing costs (hosting, maintenance, licenses), we offer a separate web design flat rate for this. You can even book this directly as an add-on at the top of the configurator.
How flexible is the collaboration?
You book monthly plannable hour packages. Unused hours can be carried over for one month. The subscription can be canceled monthly at any time.
How does communication work?
You have a dedicated contact person and can reach us by email, chat, phone, or video call. We work like your internal team – fast, structured, and solution-oriented. We are also happy to come to you on-site if travel expenses are covered.
How is support handled during the collaboration?
Regular coordination, transparent backlogs, reporting, and clear processes ensure that projects run smoothly and you always keep an overview.
Can I add or change services at any time?
Yes. Within your hourly quota, we prioritize topics together. If additional hours are needed, you can book extra hours or switch to a larger package.
How are hours documented?
We record all hours in an online tool. Upon request, you will receive monthly summaries so you can see exactly how your quota was used.
