Nakaryu provides you with a well-coordinated team for Discord community management as a flat rate. You choose your hours package, we take care of moderation, community building, and server management flexibly – plannable, scalable, and efficient.
Who is Nakaryu suitable for?
For brands, creators, startups, and companies who want to professionally manage their Discord without building their own moderation and community team.
How quickly can I start?
Usually within a few days after orderconfirmation and a brief kick-off – your server management can start immediately.
What costs will I incur?
You only pay your booked monthly price. No hidden fees. External costs (e.g., bot licenses, tools, add-ons) are agreed with you transparently in advance.
Additional costs
We procure licenses or tools in consultation and pass them on 1:1. If we need external services, everything runs transparently through your accounts.
How are additional or overtime hours billed?
After exhausting the quota, you book additional hours – at a fixed rate of 95 € /h.
Is there a minimum term and notice period?
No, the package can be canceled monthly at any time.
Which services are included?
Discord server management, moderation, community building, rules & guidelines, role and channel structure, bots/automations, communication and reporting – a team without additional coordination effort.
How quickly are tasks implemented?
Usually within a few days. Depending on priority, we coordinate schedules with you; urgent moderation or security cases can be resolved on short notice by arrangement.
Are websites or shops included as well?
A Discord server can be managed and optimized within the flat rate. If you additionally need an external community hub or a landing page, you can book that as an add-on. For websites (hosting, maintenance, licenses), we offer a separate flat rate.
How flexible is the collaboration?
You book monthly plannable hour packages. Unused hours can be carried over for one month. The subscription can be canceled monthly at any time.
How does communication work?
You have a dedicated contact person and can reach us via email, chat, phone, or video call. We work like your internal team – fast, reliable, and structured.
How is support handled during the collaboration?
Regular check-ins, clear rules, logs/reports, and clean processes ensure your server runs smoothly and you always keep an overview.
Can I add or change services at any time?
Yes. Within your hourly quota, we prioritize tasks flexibly. If you need more, you can book additional hours or switch to a larger package.
How are hours documented?
We record all hours in an online tool. Upon request, you will receive monthly summaries so you can see exactly how your quota was used.
