Yes. The decisive factor is less the company size than the question of whether there is a relevant story, an interesting topic, or a specific occasion. For smaller companies, well-planned regional or industry-specific press work can already be worthwhile.

How quickly can I get started?
Usually within a few days after orderconfirmation and an initial briefing – so you can start PR at short notice.
What costs will I incur?
You only pay your booked monthly rate. No hidden fees. External costs (e.g., tools, databases, or media monitoring) are transparently agreed with you in advance.
Additional costs
We procure licenses or tools in consultation and pass them on 1:1. If you need additional services via third parties, we coordinate this transparently in your accounts.
How are additional or overtime hours billed?
After exhausting the quota, you can book additional hours – at the fixed rate of 95 €/h.
Is there a minimum term and notice period?
No, the package can be canceled monthly at any time.
Which services are included?
Public relations, press releases, media work, PR outreach, text & story, design assets, monitoring as well as supporting content services – an interdisciplinary team without additional coordination effort.
How do you measure the success of your work?
We track placements in predefined leading media, share of voice against competitors, journalist inquiries, and since 2026 also AI citation rates in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI overviews.
How quickly are tasks implemented?
Usually within a few days. Depending on priority, we coordinate schedules with you; urgent PR requests can be handled at short notice by arrangement.
Do you combine PR with SEO and AI visibility?
Yes. Every press release and specialist article is structured not only to convince editors but also to be relevant for search engines (SEO) and modern AI search systems (GEO / AI Search). This way, media work directly contributes to your discoverability.
Are websites or shops included?
Web design is not included in the PR flat rate but can be booked as an add-on. Since websites incur ongoing costs (hosting, maintenance, licenses), we offer a separate web design flat rate for this. You can even book this directly as an add-on at the top of the configurator.
How flexible is the collaboration?
You book monthly plannable hour packages. Unused hours can be carried over for one month. The subscription can be canceled monthly at any time.
How does communication work?
You have a dedicated contact person and can reach us by email, chat, phone, or video call. We work like your internal team – quickly, clearly, and reliably. Upon request, we can also come to your location if travel expenses are covered.
How is support handled during the collaboration?
Regular coordination, reporting, and clear processes ensure that PR topics run smoothly and you always keep an overview.
Can I add or change services at any time?
Yes. Within your hourly quota, you choose services freely. If additional needs arise, you book extra hours or switch to a larger package.
How are hours documented?
We record all hours in an online tool. Upon request, you will receive monthly summaries so you can see exactly how your quota was used.
