Can review management also be useful with few reviews?
Yes. Especially then, it can make sense to establish a clean process early on. This way, reviews don’t only become an issue once many unanswered or negative reviews have already accumulated.
How quickly can I start?
Usually within a few days after orderconfirmation and an initial briefing – so you can start review management at short notice.
What costs will I incur?
You only pay your booked monthly price. No hidden fees. External costs (e.g., tools, platform licenses, or additional monitoring solutions) are transparently agreed with you in advance.
Additional costs
Licenses or tools are procured in consultation and passed on 1:1. If you need additional services via third parties, we coordinate this transparently in your accounts.
How are additional or overtime hours billed?
After exhausting the quota, you book additional hours – at a fixed rate of 95 € /h.
Is there a minimum term and notice period?
No, the package can be canceled monthly at any time.
On which platforms can you manage reviews?
It depends on the respective company. Google can play a central role; other platforms can be added depending on industry and target group. Before starting, it is determined which review sources are actually relevant.
What services are included?
Review management, review monitoring, responses, guidelines, reporting, reputation protection as well as supporting tech and plugin integrations (WordPress/WooCommerce) – an interdisciplinary team without additional coordination effort.
Can we embed review widgets and review stars on our website?
Yes. As a technical digital partner, we can integrate verified customer reviews directly as a dynamic widget or Schema.org snippet (rich snippets for Google) into your WordPress or WooCommerce website.
How quickly are tasks implemented?
Usually within a few days. Depending on priority, we coordinate schedules with you; critical reviews can be prioritized at short notice by arrangement.
Are websites or shops included?
Website work is not automatically part of review management but can be booked as an add-on. Especially for WordPress/WooCommerce, we often implement plugin integrations to collect reviews more easily or automate processes.
How flexible is the collaboration?
You book monthly plannable hourly packages. Unused hours can be carried over for one month. The subscription can be canceled monthly at any time.
How does communication work?
You have a dedicated contact person and can reach us by email, chat, phone, or video call. We work like your internal team – fast, clear, and reliable. On request, we also come to you on-site against reimbursement of travel expenses.
How is support handled during collaboration?
Regular coordination, reporting, and clear processes ensure that review topics run smoothly and you always keep an overview.
Can I add or change services at any time?
Yes. Within your hours quota, you choose services freely. If you need more, you book additional hours or switch to a larger package.
How are hours documented?
All hours are recorded in an online tool. You receive monthly overviews on request so you can see exactly how your quota was used.
