How quickly can I get started?
Usually within a few days after order confirmation and an initial briefing – so we can immediately start with the most important levers.
What costs will I incur?
You only pay your booked monthly price. No hidden fees. External costs (e.g., ad budgets, tools, or licenses) are transparently agreed with you in advance.
Additional Costs
We only procure tools or licenses after consultation and pass them on 1:1. Advertising budgets for Etsy Ads are managed transparently in your accounts.
How are additional or overtime hours billed?
If your quota is used up, you can book additional hours – at a fixed rate of 95 € /h.
Is there a minimum term and notice period?

Are websites or shops also included?
A separate website is not automatically included in Etsy support but can be booked as an add-on. For websites, we offer a dedicated web design flat rate because hosting, maintenance, and licenses incur ongoing costs. You can select the add-on above in the configurator.
How flexible is the collaboration?
You book plannable hourly packages per month. Unused hours can be carried over for one month. The subscription can be canceled monthly at any time.
How does the communication work?
You have dedicated contacts and can reach us by email, chat, phone, or video call. We work like your internal team – fast, efficient, and transparent. Upon request, we can also come to you on-site against reimbursement of travel expenses.
How is the support handled during the collaboration?
