How does Nakaryu work?
Nakaryu provides you with a complete creative and content team as a content flat rate. You choose your hourly package, we implement tasks flexibly – plannable, scalable, and efficient.
Who is Nakaryu suitable for?
For startups, SMEs, teams, and brands that regularly need design and content without building their own creative team or constantly searching for new freelancers.
How quickly can I start?
Usually within a few days after orderconfirmation and an initial briefing – so you can quickly start with the first output.
What costs will I incur?
You only pay your booked monthly price. No hidden fees. External costs (e.g. tools, licenses, or production budgets) are agreed with you transparently in advance.
Additional costs
Licenses or tools are procured by arrangement and passed on 1:1. Budgets for campaigns are managed transparently in your own accounts.
How are additional or overtime hours billed?
When the quota is used up, you book additional hours – at a fixed rate of 95 € /h.
Is there a minimum term and notice period?
No, the package can be canceled monthly at any time.
What services are included?
Graphic design, content creation, social visuals, campaign creatives, SEO content, automations and more – an interdisciplinary team without additional coordination effort.
How quickly are tasks implemented?
Usually within a few days. Depending on priority, we coordinate schedules with you; urgent matters can be implemented at short notice by arrangement.
Are websites or shops included?
Web design is not automatically part of the content flat rate but can be booked as an add-on. Since websites incur ongoing costs (hosting, maintenance, licenses), we offer a separate web design flat rate for this, which you can select as an add-on in the configurator above.
How flexible is the collaboration?
You book monthly plannable hour packages. Unused hours can be carried over for one month. The subscription can be canceled monthly at any time.
How does the communication work?
You have a dedicated contact person and can reach us by email, chat, phone, or video call. We work like your internal team – fast, efficient, and close by. We are also happy to come to your location on site against reimbursement of travel expenses.
How is the support handled during the collaboration?
Regular coordination, transparent reporting, and clear processes ensure everything runs smoothly and you always keep track.
Can I add or change services at any time?
Yes. Within your hourly quota, you choose services freely. If additional needs arise, you book extra hours or switch to a larger package.
How are hours documented?
We record all hours in an online tool. Upon request, you will receive monthly summaries so you can see exactly how your quota was used.
