What happens if I cancel?
Upon cancellation, you can take over the website we created for a buyout fee of three monthly installments. Please note: after that, you are responsible for migration, hosting, maintenance, and updates yourself. Any plugin & theme licenses must then be purchased independently. As an alternative, we offer an affordable transitional solution in case of budget constraints so that your website remains online on our servers – but during this time we do not perform any changes & updates.
Are later expansions or changes included in the price?
Basically yes, depending on the package the scope varies. Additional costs only arise after your explicit approval.
How are licenses billed?
For many standard plugins, we have agency licenses and can often use them at no extra cost. If an additional license is required for a special feature, we pass on the costs transparently 1:1.
What does a server upgrade cost?
